Alltech announces partnership program
[Lexington, Kentucky] — Alltech maintains momentum as the title sponsor of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games with the recent announcement of a collaborative program with horse feed companies around the world.
“Alltech’s commitment is already well-established in the equine industry with brands such as Yea-Sacc®1026, which was the first live yeast culture for horses to receive EU approval, and Sel-Plex®, which has just been granted EU approval as the only organic selenium available for horse diets,” said Catherine Keogh, Alltech’s global marketing director. “The aim of this new program is to work in partnership with the world’s leading horse feed manufacturers. Through this relationship, we plan to develop loyalty programs, which will include sales, marketing, and collaborative advertising support — as well as hospitality opportunities —in the build-up to the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in 2010.”
“At Alltech we are passionate about animal performance. This passion is what drives us to achieve excellence in everything we do, from our manufacturing facilities to our research laboratories to the total traceability and quality of our products. The Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2010 reflects Alltech’s core values of passion, performance, and excellence,” said Dr. Pearse Lyons, president of Alltech.
The Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games will be held in Lexington, Kentucky, USA, from September 25 – October 10, 2010. Athletes from around the world will compete in the eight disciplines that make up the Games, including show jumping, dressage, eventing, driving, endurance, vaulting, reining, and for the first time in concurrence with the other seven, para-equestrian.
